We book our charters FOR THE ENTIRE BOAT, not berth by berth as many other dive boats do. Leaving the mix of personalities to fate is something we don’t like to do. So we leave it up to you! This way everyone knows each other and has similar expectations of the trip. This is why our charters work well for one or two couples. But you can book the boat for a 10 person dive club if you prefer! Either way, the Conch Pearl is yours for a private diving vacation. So bring along your spouse, your favorite dive buddies, people you met on a previous diving vacation or folks from your local dive shop, people who like to have fun together! Our voyages are a fantastic opportunity for a newly certified spouse/partner to gain experience without the added pressure of diving with large groups.
Pricing is for the entire boat for up to 4 people. Additional guests add $500 per person.
CHARTER LENGTH TOTAL COST FOR ENTIRE BOAT (1-4 people)
2 day/ 3 night $2400.00 + tax (that’s $600 per person for a group of four)
5 day/ 6 night $4000.00 + tax (that’s $1000 per person for a group of four)
Our pricing includes all onboard food (not including dinner ashore the last night of the adventure), beverages (nonalcoholic, but feel free to BYOB), scuba tanks and weights, and all boat related expenses (fuel, dockage, etc). What’s not included is additional nights in a marina, alcoholic beverages, any dinners ashore, gratuities, sales tax, any transportation fees to and from the airport. Also, please note that we are happy to book charters of different durations upon request and availability!
Call us to reserve dates you are considering. Confirm those dates with a $500 non-refundable deposit (check only) within 7 days. We’ll call and e-mail you when we receive the check. Two weeks from that date 50% of your charter fee will be due. The remaining will be due 90 days prior to your charter date. Charter fees will be refundable 90 days prior to your charter date. Within 90 days prior to your charter, the fees are nonrefundable. This is because it is unlikely for us to rebook those dates on such short notice should you fail to come. If we cancel, your charter fees will be refunded 100% including your $500 deposit.
